Our renters called saying their air conditioner had stopped working on a Sunday evening. This was during a heat wave when the temperatures were running up to 108F. We were worried it would be difficult to get anyone out there very quickly. Saunders was called the next morning and they were out at the rental within two hours. The problems were fixed during their service call and the air conditioning back on. My renters are happy and we are happy. Reasonable charges. I would highly recommend them.

On Saturday 07/16 my 2 year old split air and heating system failed in the 100 degree heat. I called Saunders Air Conditioning and Heat on Sunday and left a message to call me back to set up an appointment. Monday morning Shirley called from Saunders and told me a service tech would be at my home Tuesday in the morning.
Tuesday morning Patrick arrived and quickly accessed my problem as a defective capacitor. Patrick replaced the capacitor with an hour and my system was cooling my house once again.
I was very impressed Saunders and their service!
